Personal Energy Sphere
The Personal Energy Sphere (Large Dantian) is centred in the chest and extends to arms-length in all directions. It has 3 levels: The Lower Dantian centred on the abdomen, the Middle Dantian centred on the chest and the Upper Dantian centred on the head. Each level has 3 sub-levels, giving 9 energy clouds.Deep Mental energy (Shen)
Deep Mental energy (Shen) is centred on the pituitary gland and fills the Upper Dantian - the sphere that surrounds the head. Energy rises further, during the process of refinement, from the Middle Dantian to fill this sphere.The Upper Dantian is used to make contact with beings beyond our own level. Please note the celestial realm should be contacted only with complete Gratitude.
Lift Light to the Head
Concentrate on the cloud of light in the Middle Dantian. With a strong clear intention move the cloud of light slowly up to surround the head.The mind sinks deeper, the white light intensifies and expands to fill the large sphere that surrounds the body, now with the feeling that it is centred in the head.
Inner Teacher (Guide)
Your Inner Teacher (Guide) walks with you through life from birth until death. Due to their work in previous incarnations they are Centered on the Deep Mental (Celestial), work freely on the Deep Emotional and aspire to the 4th Energy Level. They guard your connection with the Beyond and guide you especially within the Deep Emotional world. If through their assistance you raise yourself to the Celestial, then they move on to the 4th Energy Level and finally escape the 3 worlds of human existence.Contact the Guide
Condense the light back within the Upper Dantian. Concentrate in the centre of the light in the centre of the head. With the clear intention of contacting your inner teacher, visualise a figure within the light. Let the mind sink deeper and intensify the cloud of white light.Ask any question you may have that relates to your own internal cultivation, then rest quietly and listen for the response. Note that the response usually comes in the subsequent hours, days, weeks, months or even years, possibly in a dream, a sudden positive thought that appears in your mind, or by circumstances arising which teach you what you need to know.
Withdraw with thanks and rest in the light which fills and surrounds the head.
Outer Teachers
Your outer teacher, through long years of intense work, is connected strongly back to their own old teachers. Those old teachers who due to their work in previous incarnations are centered on the 4th Energy Level, work freely on the Deep Mental (Celestial) and aspire to the 5th Energy Level. They can use the connection to their student (your teacher) to assist all those who make a genuine effort to follow the teaching that they gave out while on the earth.Contact the Old Teachers
Concentrate in the centre of the light in the centre of the head. Choose one of the old teachers, remember their name and visualise them out in front of you in a cloud of light. From the centre of the light in the head, extend with a strong clear intention a line of light out through the forehead towards that teacher. After a few seconds surround them with a cloud of white light.Let the mind sink deeper and intensify the cloud of light. You may ask for help with your internal cultivation.
Withdraw with thanks back along the connecting light into the head. Re-expand the light to fill the Large Sphere that surrounds the body.
